Typically I won't use players who don't regularly play at their clubs. This is especially true if the player is in the 25 year 80K range. Please keep this in mind. It will be best for both of us if we can work on some kind of deal beforehand. Youngsters need plenty of friendlies and some (1-2) league/cup games.
